Service Agreement
Parties: Sellers Disclosure QLD Pty Ltd (the ‘Firm’) and the individual/entity receiving services (the ‘Client’).
1. Scope of Services
Preparation of disclosure statements and searches as per QLD legislation.
2. Fees and Payment
Fees: $895 (residential), $1,095 (commercial). Additional search fees may apply.
3. Client Obligations
Provide accurate info, review drafts, and make timely payments.
4. Turnaround Times
Standard five business days, subject to search times.
5. Limitation of Liability
Liability limited to fees paid. No consequential losses.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate in writing. Refunds discretionary.
7. Legal Advice
Separate engagement required for legal work beyond disclosure.
8. Dispute Resolution
Good faith resolution. Otherwise refer to QLS dispute process.
9. Governing Law
Governed by Queensland law.
