These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services.
2. Definitions
Client: The person or entity engaging in the services of the firm.
Firm: Sellers Disclosure QLD Pty Ltd, operating under the supervision of Bush to Beach Legal.
Disclosure Statement: The seller disclosure statement prepared in accordance with the Property Law Act 2023 (Qld).
3. Services
We prepare and provide seller disclosure statements for residential, commercial, and strata properties in Queensland.
4. Pricing
Residential homes: $895 (incl. GST)
Units and commercial properties: $1,095 (incl. GST)
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for losses arising from client-provided errors, search delays, or legal changes.
6. Legal Advice
Our services may include legal advice from a solicitor holding an unrestricted Qld Practicing Certificate. Work outside the scope of providing a Seller Disclosure Statement in accordance with Legislation is not included in the fees listed in point 4.
7. Referral
Any legal requests outside that involving the Seller Disclosure Statement will be referred to our referral partner – Bush to Beach Legal. The Principal Solicitor of both Sellers Disclosure Qld and Bush to Beach Legal is Luke Peter Gould.
8. Intellectual Property
All documents and site content are the property of Sellers Disclosure QLD Pty Ltd.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
